Sara-Meg Seese graduated from Ursinus College with a B.A. in English Literature “way back when a liberal arts degree was still a valuable commodity.” After graduation, she toured for over fifteen years with an international Christian repertory theater company, performing in schools and churches in the USA, Canada, and Europe.
The New Jersey native finally put down roots in Texas in 2005, putting her love of storytelling and theater to use as a member of Toastmasters International and American Christian Fiction Writers. A pastor’s kid twice over, she has written and produced a number of plays and skits for various churches, directed a local community theater production, and had a monologue published in a nationally-distributed magazine. To pay the bills and keep her furbabies supplied with cat litter and crunchy treats, she helps support higher education as a full-time employee in the IT department of an agency that services student loans and provides alternative funding for college and university students.
Several of Sara-Meg’s short stories have been published in various anthologies over the years, and she has a Christmas novella coming out in October 2021 through Brave Pen Press. Currently, she is working on contemporary womens’ fiction novels, tentatively titled UNSEXY (tentative release 2022), UNGLUED (2023), and UNLOVEABLE (2024), and does free-lance editing by contract and through Fiverr.
